1. Order Processing Time

· All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after successful payment verification.
· Order processing excludes weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and statutory holidays.
· If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

2. Shipping Areas

· We currently ship worldwide.

3. Delivery Time

· The above delivery time is calculated from the date the package is shipped, i.e., the date the shipping carrier picks up the package and provides the tracking number.
· Delivery time is an estimate and does not include delays caused by force majeure, such as weather conditions, statutory holidays, traffic restrictions, natural disasters, etc. We sincerely apologize for any such delays and will do our best to resolve them with the shipping company.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number to track the status of your package in real time on the corresponding logistics company's official website or our "Order Details" page.

5. Delivery Instructions

· Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address when placing your order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, invalid phone number, or the recipient's absence, the additional shipping costs will be borne by you.
· We recommend signing in person whenever possible. If someone else collects the package on your behalf, it will be deemed as your personal signature.
· Before signing for the package, please ensure that the outer packaging is intact. If you notice any abnormalities such as severe damage, deformation, or water in the package, we recommend that you take a photo and refuse to accept it immediately, and contact our customer service immediately. Once the package is signed for, it will be difficult to determine liability for damage.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to the following reasons, it will be returned to our shipping warehouse:

· Unknown or incorrect address.

· The recipient cannot be contacted.

· No one signed for the package and it was not collected within the time limit specified by the logistics company.

For returned packages:

· If you still need the item: We'll require you to pay for shipping before we can resend it.

· If you no longer need the item: We'll issue a refund, but the original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
